Privacy Policy

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this privacy notice tells you what to expect when Tributes Ltd collects personal information. It applies to information we collect about:

Visitors to our websites

When someone visits our websites we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of our sites. This information is only processed in such a way that it does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our websites. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will make it clear that we are doing so, so that informed consent to the collection can be given, and explain what we intend to do with the data.

Use of cookies

You can read more about how we use cookies in our Cookies Policy.

Our website search functions are powered by the web platforms on which our websites are built. Search queries and results are logged anonymously to help us improve our websites and their search functionality. No user-specific data is collected by us or by any third party.

We use a third party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see Mailchimp’s privacy notice.

Online surveys

We occasionally collect information volunteered by customers and members of the public about their preferences and views on our products, using online reporting tools hosted by Survey Monkey or Google. These companies only process personal information in line with our instructions and we do not allow them any additional rights to process the information.

Security and performance

We may use third party services to help maintain the security and performance of our websites. To deliver this service they process the IP addresses of visitors to our websites.
